You can pay for the order at the representative office of the transport company when receiving the goods. Please note: with this payment method, the carrier's services for transferring funds are additionally paid — 2% of the cost of the goods and the cost of sending money.

Cash payment is possible when purchasing at the office of "Nova Kovka". After the calculation, we provide all the necessary documents: expense invoice and commodity check.

When placing an order, choose the payment method "to the current account". After confirming the order, we will send an invoice to your email. After receipt of funds to the account, the goods are transferred to the delivery service. Usually the payment is credited on the next banking day.

Legal entities can receive goods only by proxy. For individual entrepreneurs, a power of attorney is required if the goods are not received by the entrepreneur himself, but by his employee. When placing an order, legal entities and sole proprietorships must provide:

• certificate of state registration of the enterprise;

• VAT payer's certificate (if available);

• single tax payer's certificate (if available).

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of consumer rights". You can issue a return within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, provided that the product was not in use and kept the marketable appearance.

In the case of a standard return, the cost of the transport company's services is paid by buyer.

If you received defective goods or not the product that was ordered, transport costs are borne by our company.
