We accept payment in several ways: non-cash payment to the company's current account, payment to a PrivatBank or Monobank card, cash on delivery upon receipt at Nova Poshta (with a carrier's commission), as well as cash upon pickup from our warehouse in Zvyagel.
Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta or Delivery. The cost of delivery is automatically calculated by the carrier depending on the weight, dimensions and city of delivery. For large-sized orders (gates, fences, sections), we organize delivery by freight transport - the cost is calculated individually.
Yes, we manufacture forged products according to individual sketches and dimensions of the customer. Send us a sketch or a photo of the desired product, and our craftsmen will calculate the cost and production time. We have extensive experience in the implementation of non-standard projects.
Standard forged items (swirls, spades, balls, leaves) are usually in stock and shipped within 1-2 business days. The production of gates, fences and other large structures takes from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
Yes, we provide a warranty on all our products. For forged elements - 12 months, for gates and fences - 24 months, for anti-corrosion coating - 12 months under the condition of proper operation. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and natural wear and tear.
We use high-quality structural steel of St3 and St20 brands. For decorative elements, steel with a thickness of 4 mm to 12 mm is used, depending on the product. All products undergo anti-corrosion treatment - priming and painting with special metal paints.
Yes, we provide services for the installation of gates, fences, visors, railings and other structures in the Zhytomyr region. For other regions, we provide detailed installation instructions and consult by phone. We can also recommend proven installers in your area.
There is no minimum order amount - you can order even one item. However, for wholesale orders from UAH 5,000, we provide discounts from 5% to 15%, depending on the volume. A cumulative system of discounts applies to regular customers.
Forged products require minimal maintenance. We recommend renewing the paint coating every 2-3 years, especially in places of welding and joints. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and soap solution. Avoid abrasive products. If scratches appear, treat the area with anti-corrosion paint.
