Return and exchange

1. The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.

The term of return of goods

1. Return and exchange of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Terms of return and exchange

1. You can return the product or exchange it if:
   - the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
   - the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
   - all labels and factory markings are preserved;
   - the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.
   
   You can return the product by "Nova Poshta" or Delivery.
   
   When returning the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, the cost of shipping is paid by the client. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs, depending on the actual/bulk weight and estimated value of the goods.

   Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the moment the goods are received in the warehouse.

Pay attention

1. If you received the wrong product that you ordered, a product of poor quality or a product that does not match the photo on the website, we will compensate for the cost of sending this return from the branch.
   We do not receive parcels with cash on delivery. In this case, the parcels will be returned to the sender. The cost of forwarding is according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
