Company "Nova Kovka" returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the protection of consumer rights".
Please note that according to the current legislation, certain categories of non-food products of appropriate quality are not subject to return or exchange. In such cases, the company has the right to refuse to return or exchange the goods in accordance with the established list.
The term of return of goods
Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the order, excluding the day of purchase. Terms of return delivery are agreed individually. Before sending the goods, be sure to contact our support at the telephone numbers indicated on the website.
Conditions for returning goods of appropriate quality
You can return or exchange the product if:
product was not in use and has no traces of use;
there are no scratches, chips, scuffs, stains or other damage on the product;
product fully equipped;
saved factory packaging;
preserved labels, labels and factory marking;
kept the goods commercial form and its consumer properties.

Who pays for return shipping?
When returning the goods of appropriate quality within 14 days from the moment of purchase, the cost of forwarding paid by the client.
The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of the selected transport company and depends on:
actual weight;
volumetric weight;
the estimated cost of the shipment.
Refund
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods in our warehouse and checking its condition.
Important information
If you received:
not the product that was ordered;
goods of inadequate quality;
product that does not correspond to the photo or description on the website,
we compensate for the cost of return shipping from the transport company's office.
Please note: we do not receive parcels sent by postpaid. Such shipments are automatically returned to the sender. The cost of forwarding in this case is paid according to the rates of the delivery service.
