Delivery of orders across Ukraine

We cooperate with carriers - Nova Poshta and Delivery.

You can choose a convenient branch/warehouse in your city when placing an order or coordinate the details with the manager.

Orders are shipped every working day at 3:00 p.m.

If the order is issued until 14:30 — we usually send on the same day.

If the order is accepted after 14:30 - the shipment will be the next working day.

Delivery to your city usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the distance and the schedule of the carrier.

If it is more convenient for you to pick up the goods yourself, is available self-delivery from the company. Also in our office you can get acquainted with the forged elements on the stands in the exhibition hall and select the desired positions on the spot. Packing and loading for pickup is free of charge.

We pay special attention to packaging so that the goods arrive whole and without damage. Forged products of small weight and volume are packed in branded bags or cardboard boxes. Decorative rolled metal is packed by stretching (film/fixation). Oversized shipments for reliability can be sent on pallets or in metal cages (for TC "Delivery").

On the day of dispatch, the manager sends you TTN number (SMS or message). For TTN you can:

• track the location of the cargo;

• see the estimated date of arrival;

• specify the cost of transportation according to the carrier's tariffs.

💳 The buyer pays for delivery upon receipt of in the branch/warehouse of the transport company (according to the tariffs of the selected carrier).

⚠️ After handing over the cargo to the carrier responsibility for transportation and storage carried by the selected transport company.

For individuals: passport or driver's license (original).

For legal entities: original power of attorney to the recipient + original passport.

To avoid misunderstandings, please be sure to check at the carrier's office/warehouse.
You have every right:

• inspect the package for integrity;

• carry out control weighing (if necessary);

• open the package and check the condition of the product and the package.

If damage or inconsistency is noticed, it is necessary to immediately on the spot contact the representative of the transport company and draw up an act/claim.
