Drawing requirements
- DXF format (AutoCAD, ASCII). You can send DWG and PDF via the request form — a manager will prepare the file for cutting.
- One part per file, 1:1 scale, units in millimetres. No frames, title blocks or dimension lines.
- All contours closed. Text and hatching are not cut — engraving is priced separately.
- Minimum hole diameter is at least the metal thickness; note tight tolerances in the comment.

- The exact price is set once we receive a DXF or DWG drawing.
- Metal is not included in the cutting price (unless stated otherwise).
- Each pierce costs 7% of the price per metre. Minimum cutting price — 7.13 UAH per running metre.
- Minimum order — 500 ₴ for the whole quote, not per part.
- Urgency changes the price: the calculator shows the exact amount for every lead time.
- Individual discounts for large batches and regular customers.

Чорний метал
Structural steel for housings, brackets, flanges, plates and decorative parts. The widest thickness range and the lowest cutting price.
Нержавійка (азот)
Nitrogen-assisted cutting: a bright clean edge with no scale or oxidation. Suited to food equipment, parts welded without cleaning and visible parts.
Алюміній (азот)
Lightweight parts for housings, panels, fixings and signage. Cut with nitrogen for a straight edge without dross.

How much does laser metal cutting cost?
The price depends on the material, thickness and cut length — from 9,5 ₴ per metre. Minimum order is 500 ₴. The calculator on this page prices your exact part.
What do you need to quote a part?
A DXF drawing of the part. Upload it to the calculator and the price appears instantly. If you have no drawing or it is in another format, send a sketch or file via the request form.
What makes up the price?
Cutting (cut length and number of pierces), metal if we cut from our sheet, and additional services such as deburring, bending and painting. Urgency also affects the price.
Do you supply the metal?
Yes, by default we cut from our own metal. The manager confirms the sheet price together with your request.
Can I bring my own metal?
Yes. Tick “I will supply my own material” in the calculator — you pay for cutting only. The sheet must be flat, clean and of the right thickness.
What are the lead times?
Standard lead time is 4–5 business days. Urgent — from 1–2 days. The calculator shows every option with its price.
How do I start production?
Send a request from the calculator. A manager checks the drawing and agrees the price and lead time with you — once confirmed, the order goes into production.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and Delivery. You can also pick up in Zvyahel.
Do you cut copper and brass?
We currently cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. For other materials, send a request and a manager will suggest options.
What is the maximum metal thickness?
Up to 10 mm depending on the material. See the ranges for each metal in “Metals we cut”.
