Powder coating of metal
Powder coating applies dry polymer paint to metal in an electrostatic field and then bakes it in an oven. The charged powder particles settle evenly on the earthed part and, under heat, fuse into a continuous film with no runs or missed spots.
This finish is far tougher than ordinary liquid paint: it resists impacts, scratches, moisture and UV, does not peel over time and keeps its colour for a long time. That is why powder coating is chosen for gates, fences, railings, frames, furniture and anything that will stand outdoors.
We manufacture forged products and steel structures, so we coat both our own products and customer items. It pays to order everything in one place: laser cutting, bending, welding and coating with no shipping between contractors.

Prices are per 1 m² of coated surface and depend on the type of product and the total area of the order. The paint is charged separately, depending on the colour and area.

How much does powder coating cost?
From 165 ₴ per m² of coated surface — the price depends on the product type and order area; from 50 m² the bulk rate applies. Paint is charged separately. The calculator on this page shows an estimate.
How do I work out the coating area?
It is the whole surface to be coated, on all sides. If unsure, send a photo or a drawing with dimensions and a manager will calculate the area.
Which colours do you offer?
RAL chart colours in gloss, matt or texture finish. A manager will confirm availability of the colour you need and lead times.
What is the minimum order?
Please check the minimum order amount with a manager — it depends on the colour and the product.
Can you coat an old product?
Yes, but old paint, rust and mill scale must be removed — preparation decides how well the new coating holds. A manager will advise what your product needs.
Can I order manufacturing and coating together?
Yes. We make forged products and steel structures, cut and bend metal — and coat right after production.
