Laser cutting of tubes and profiles
Laser tube cutting is the processing of round and box-section tubes on a CNC machine: the laser head travels around the workpiece and cuts contours on any face. In a single setup the part gets its holes, slots, shaped ends and exact length — no drilling, milling or manual marking.
The method pays off especially for batch parts and complex assemblies: identical blanks are repeated with CNC accuracy, and tabs and slots let you assemble a frame without jigs. For one-off parts the laser saves preparation and finishing time.
We cut from STEP or IGES 3D models or from drawings. Upload a file to the form below — the calculator shows the tube size, cut length and an estimated price straight away, and a manager checks the model and confirms the order.

File requirements
- Best of all — a 3D model in STEP (.step, .stp) or IGES (.igs, .iges): it shows every hole, slot and end angle.
- One part per file, 1:1 scale, units in millimetres.
- No 3D model? Send a DXF or PDF drawing with the profile size, length and hole positions.
- Files up to 20 MB. Archives are not accepted — add each part separately.
Laser tube cutting prices
The price is per metre of cut length and depends on the material, wall thickness, contour complexity and number of holes. Below are starting prices; the calculator shows the exact amount for your part from its 3D model.

On the material, wall thickness, total cut length, number of holes and pierces, end angles and batch size. The calculator takes the cut length and pierces from your 3D model.

Yes, we cut both one-off parts and series. The price per part is lower for larger batches.
