CNC sheet metal bending
Sheet metal bending forms a part from a flat blank on a press brake: the punch presses the sheet into the die and the metal takes the required angle without any welds. This is how angles, U- and Z-profiles, boxes, trays, brackets, enclosures and facade elements are made.
A CNC press brake sets the backgauge and stroke depth for every bend, so the angle and dimensions repeat from the first part of a batch to the last. That matters when you need many parts or when they are assembled together later.
It pays to order bending together with laser cutting: we cut the flat pattern from your drawing and bend it straight away — no shipping between contractors and no fitting on site. You can also bring your own blanks.
Metal bending prices
Prices are per bend and depend on sheet thickness and bend line length. The table is for orders of 51 to 100 bends; smaller and larger batches use the coefficient below.

What we need for a quote
- A drawing of the part with the bend lines, angles and bend direction marked (PDF, DXF or DWG).
- Metal grade and thickness, and whether protective film is needed.
- The number of parts — it sets the coefficient and the final price per bend.
- If we cut the flat pattern, a drawing of the finished part is enough — we will prepare the pattern.

How much does metal bending cost?
The price is per bend and depends on sheet thickness and bend line length — from 4,5 ₴ per bend. Orders of up to 50 bends carry a higher coefficient, and from 101 bends a lower one. The calculator on this page shows an estimate.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 300 ₴ excl. VAT, even if you order bending only, without cutting.
What are the maximum thickness and length?
We bend sheet up to 6 mm thick with a bend line up to 3 metres long. A manager will confirm whether a specific part can be bent after checking the drawing.
Which files do you need?
A drawing in PDF, DXF or DWG with the bend lines and angles marked, the metal grade and thickness, and the number of parts.
Can I order cutting and bending together?
Yes. We laser-cut the flat pattern and bend it right away — it is both cheaper and more accurate, because the pattern is calculated for our press.
Can I bring my own metal?
Yes, we bend customer blanks too. Mention it in the request and a manager will clarify the requirements.
